The best Linktree alternatives in 2026, compared honestly

Ten Linktree alternatives compared on free plans, real prices, seller fees and who each one suits, from Beacons and Milkshake to Carrd, Stan Store and Setup101.

7 min read

The best Linktree alternative depends on what you need your link in bio to do. For selling your own products, Beacons or Stan Store. For a cheap, fully designed one-page site, Carrd. For a phone-first card layout, Milkshake. For a one-off payment instead of a subscription, Lnk.Bio. For showing the gear you use with affiliate links, Setup101. And if you schedule your Instagram in Later, its link in bio is already included.

We compared ten tools using each company's own pricing and feature pages, checked on 2 October 2026. Setup101 is our product. We've included it where it fits and said where others are better.

Why people leave Linktree

Linktree is the default for a reason: it's simple, free to start and widely recognised. The usual reasons to look elsewhere are:

  • Analytics on the free plan. Linktree lists basic analytics as part of its paid Starter plan.
  • Fees on sales. Linktree takes a share of commission through Shops and a plan-based percentage on digital products, and doesn't publish the percentages as text on its help pages.
  • US-only features. Linktree Shops and Sponsored Links are limited to US creators.
  • A list of buttons. For creators who sell or recommend products, a column of text links does less than a page that shows the products.

The alternatives, in detail

Beacons

Beacons combines a link in bio with an online store, a media kit, email and brand-deal tools. The free plan is generous: unlimited links, affiliate links, real-time analytics and digital product sales. The trade-off is a 9% fee on the free and $10 Creator plans, removed on Creator Plus ($30/month, or $25/month billed yearly).

Best for: creators who want one tool for their bio, store and brand deals. Setup101 vs Beacons

Milkshake

Milkshake builds a swipeable, card-style mini-site from your phone. The free plan includes unlimited links and cards and 30 days of click insights. Seller fees are high, at 12% on Free and Lite, falling to 7% on Pro+, which is also the only plan with a custom domain.

Best for: phone-first creators who want something more visual than a list.

Carrd

Carrd is a general one-page website builder rather than a link-in-bio tool, which is exactly why some creators prefer it: you can design the whole page. It's free for up to three sites with Carrd branding, and paid plans are billed yearly, from $9/year. A custom domain, forms and analytics start at $19/year. There are no affiliate or product features.

Best for: people who want full design control and a custom domain for very little.

Stan Store

Stan Store is a storefront for selling your own courses, coaching calls and digital downloads. There's no free plan (a 14-day trial, then $29/month or $300/year), and Stan charges 0% transaction fees on top of payment processing. It isn't built for promoting other brands' products.

Best for: coaches and educators selling their own products. Setup101 vs Stan Store

Lnk.Bio

Lnk.Bio is the budget pick, and it sells one-time plans as well as subscriptions. The free plan includes unlimited links and basic stats; the one-time Unique plan ($24.99) adds a shop and removes the logo. Its own pages disagree on some prices (the Mini plan appears as both $0.99 a month and a $9.99 one-off), so check the current price before you buy.

Best for: anyone who'd rather pay once than subscribe.

Taplink

Taplink makes a small landing page with payments, lead forms and price lists. The basic plan is free; click analytics start on Pro, which was £3/month billed yearly when we checked from the UK, with a three-month minimum. It charges a 0% transaction fee.

Best for: small businesses that want a mini landing page with payments.

Later Link in Bio

Later's Linkin.bio turns your Instagram grid into clickable links, with up to five links per Instagram post. There's a free link in bio, and the paid features (unlimited buttons, affiliate link integration, no Later branding) come with Later's scheduling plans, from $18.75/month billed yearly.

Best for: creators and brands who already plan their posts in Later.

stuffmybio

stuffmybio is built for selling your own products and downloads, with affiliate links mixed in and labelled as ads. It charges 0% platform fees on every plan; Pro is $15/month for unlimited products, a custom domain and pixels.

Best for: creators who sell their own products and share some affiliate picks.

Setup101

Setup101 shows the gear you use instead of a list of links. Each setup (your desk, camera bag, studio or everyday carry) is a page with a photo and a note for every product, and your profile doubles as your link in bio. Each setup has one link that stays the same when you swap products, so old videos keep working.

Be aware of the plan split: the free plan lets you publish setups and products, but buy and affiliate links on products, promo codes and analytics are on Pro ($15/month or $150/year). Setup101 doesn't take a cut of affiliate commission, and there's no digital-product store.

Best for: tech, gaming, camera and other gear creators who earn from affiliate links. Setup101 vs Linktree

Planoly Creator Store (formerly Snipfeed)

Snipfeed now redirects to Planoly's Creator Store, after Planoly announced the acquisition in April 2024. Paid Planoly plans start at $14/month and include a free link in bio with zero transaction fees; the free plan is mobile-app only.

Best for: creators already scheduling in Planoly.

How to choose

  • You want the closest thing to Linktree, with more included free: Beacons or Milkshake, but check their seller fees if you sell.
  • You sell your own products: Stan Store (no fees, no free plan) or stuffmybio (free plan, no platform fee).
  • You want full design control for very little: Carrd.
  • You'd rather pay once: Lnk.Bio.
  • You recommend gear with affiliate links: Setup101, or see our guide to the best link in bio for affiliate marketing.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a completely free Linktree alternative?

Several have free plans: Beacons, Milkshake, Carrd, Lnk.Bio, Taplink, stuffmybio and Setup101 among them. Check what the free plan leaves out. Some charge seller fees on sales, and some keep analytics or product links for paid plans.

Which Linktree alternative has the lowest fees?

Stan Store, Taplink and stuffmybio state 0% platform fees (payment processing still applies), and Beacons charges 0% from Creator Plus. Milkshake's seller fees run from 12% on the free plan to 7% on Pro+.

Can I move from Linktree without breaking my links?

Your Linktree URL stops being useful once you leave, so update the link in each bio. Links already shared in videos and posts will still point to Linktree. If you keep your Linktree account, you can leave one link on it pointing to your new page.

What is the best Linktree alternative for affiliate marketing?

It depends where your commission comes from. We compare the options in the best link in bio for affiliate marketing.
