Photos won't upload

Setup101 accepts JPG, PNG and WebP photos up to 10 MB each. If a photo is skipped, it's usually the wrong format or too big. Convert or resize it and try again.

Try these

1. Check the format. iPhone photos may be HEIC. Export them as JPG (on iPhone: Settings → Camera → Formats → Most Compatible, or share as JPG).
2. Check the size. Over 10 MB? Resize or compress it.
3. Wait for uploads to finish before clicking Save. The bar shows "Uploading…".
4. Check your connection and try again.
5. Try another browser, or the app.
