Sponsored slots
Brands pay to be in your setup. You set the price.
Setup101 gives creators one permanent link for all the gear they recommend — and more ways to earn from it.
Sponsored Slots is a Setup101 feature that lets brands pay creators to feature a product on one of the creator's setups for 1 week, 1 month or 3 months. The brand's card is only charged if the creator accepts within 72 hours, every sponsored product is labelled "Sponsored", and creators are paid automatically 48 hours after the campaign ends.

What it is
A paid placement in your gear list
A sponsored slot is a space on one of your setups where a brand pays to show its product for a set time. It sits alongside the gear you already recommend, with a clear Sponsored label, and comes off automatically when the campaign ends. You decide the price, and you approve every product before it appears.

How it works
How it works for creators
- 01
Set up payouts once
In Settings → Payouts, connect a Stripe account. Stripe checks your identity and holds your bank details, so Setup101 never sees them.
- 02
Price your setup
Open a public setup, go to Sponsored slots and switch on Accept sponsorships. Set a price for 1 week, 1 month and 3 months, from $50. The preview shows what brands pay and what you get.
- 03
Approve each request
A brand sends a request with their product and a brief. You have 72 hours to choose Accept and go live, or Decline. Declining costs the brand nothing.
- 04
The product goes live, labelled
Once you accept, the brand's card is charged and their product shows on your setup straight away with a Sponsored tag, for the length they chose.
- 05
Get paid automatically
When the campaign ends, Setup101 sends your share to your Stripe account 48 hours later. No invoices, no chasing, no minimum.

Slots
More slots open as your setup grows
Each setup has up to 3 slots, so up to 3 sponsored products can be live at once. Slot 1 is open from the start, so new creators can sell too. Slot 2 opens at 5,000 setup views and slot 3 at 15,000, because what brands pay for is people seeing their product.

Fees
What you earn
Brands pay your price plus a 10% service fee. Setup101 keeps a share of your price that depends on your plan, between 7.5% and 20%, and it's locked when the brand sends the request. Example: you price 1 month at $400. The brand pays $440, and you receive between $320 and $370.
See pricing for each plan's rate, and the full fee breakdown.
Your call
You stay in control
- You set your own price for each length, and switch off any you don't want to offer.
- Nothing goes on your setup until you accept it. You see the product, its link and the brand's message first.
- Every sponsored product is labelled "Sponsored" with the brand's name, so your audience always knows what's paid.
- Only public setups can take sponsorships, and you can switch them off at any time.
For brands
Sponsor a creator's setup
Put your product in front of people who are already looking at a creator's gear. Pick a setup with an open slot, choose 1 week, 1 month or 3 months, describe your product and pay with a card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Your card is only charged if the creator accepts within 72 hours, and you can withdraw for free until then.

Honest limits
What sponsored slots don't do (yet)
- Prices are in US dollars, and the lowest price is $50.
- Payouts go through Stripe, so your bank needs to be in a country Stripe pays out to. PayPal is planned for others.
- There's no in-app chat with the brand yet: they send a brief and a message, and both of you get emails at each step.
- There are no per-campaign click or view reports yet, and no ratings or reviews.
- Brands can't pick a slot or book a future date: the next free slot is used as soon as you accept.
- The Sponsored label is general good practice, not legal advice. Check the disclosure rules for your country too.

One setup link, working for the brand
Old videos that link to your setup keep sending viewers to the sponsored product. The link in each description never changes, so every video you've made counts toward the views a brand is paying for. How permanent links work.
