Setup101 for home baristas
Your coffee corner, in one link people can shop.
Setup101 lets home baristas put their whole coffee setup — machine, grinder, scales, kettle and cups — on one page with one link. Share it under every Reel, TikTok or post, and when you upgrade a piece, change it in the setup and every old post points to the new one.

One link, everywhere
Where to put your setup link.
| Where | What to write | Why it works |
|---|---|---|
| Instagram bio | "Everything on my coffee bar ↓" | Reels about a drink send people to your bio. One link covers every piece of kit. |
| TikTok bio | "My setup + links ↓" | TikTok allows one bio link, so it has to cover the whole corner. |
| YouTube description | "Full setup in one place:" + your link | Brew guides stay up for years. Your link keeps pointing at your current gear. |
| Blog or newsletter | "Here's everything I use" | One link instead of a list that goes out of date. |
When something changes, edit the setup — the link stays the same. How permanent links work
How it works
Three steps, about ten minutes.
- 01
Build the setup
Add each piece — machine, grinder, scale, cups — with a photo and a line on why you chose it. Add your coffee apps too if you use any.
- 02
Add your links on Pro
On Pro, add your affiliate or shop link to each product, and a promo code if a roaster or brand gave you one.
- 03
Share one link
Put the setup link in your bio and descriptions. When you upgrade the grinder, swap it in the setup — the link stays the same.
What Setup101 doesn't do
- Setup101 doesn't sell coffee or take orders; buy links go to the retailer you choose.
- It isn't a recipe app. Put your brew ratios in the setup description or your own posts.
Questions, answered
What home baristas ask first.
Can I include beans and subscriptions, not just equipment?
Yes. A product can be anything with a link: a bag of beans, a roaster's subscription or a cleaning tablet. Add a note so people know why you use it.
Do I need a big following?
No. Anyone can make a setup. It's useful from the first friend who asks "what grinder is that?".
Can I earn from the links?
On Pro you can add affiliate or shop links and promo codes to each product. Commission goes to your own affiliate accounts; Setup101 doesn't take a cut.
What if I have a pour-over setup and an espresso setup?
Make them as separate setups, each with its own link. The free plan allows one setup per category, Pro two and Pro Plus three.
