Subscriptions bought on iPhone or Android

If you subscribed in the Setup101 app, your subscription is billed by Apple or Google, so you manage and cancel it there, not on the website. Your plan still works everywhere you sign in.

Cancel on iPhone or iPad

1. Open Settings and tap your name.
2. Tap Subscriptions, then Setup101.
3. Tap Cancel Subscription.

Cancel on Android

1. Open the Google Play Store.
2. Tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
3. Tap Setup101, then Cancel subscription.

FAQ

Does deleting my account cancel an app subscription?

No. Cancel it in the App Store or Google Play first.

Refunds for app purchases

Apple and Google handle these. Request one through them.
