How do I set my collab rates? (Pro and Pro Plus)

Go to Collabs → Rates, enter a starting price for what you offer and click Save rate card. Brands see your rates in your request form, so pitches start closer to your prices. You can also show them on your profile.

On Free, the Rates tab shows "Rate cards are on Pro and Pro Plus", with Get Pro.

How to set your rate card

  1. Open Collabs and click the Rates tab.
  2. Under Currency, choose USD, GBP or EUR. One currency applies to the whole card.
  3. Enter a price next to each format under YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and Other. Leave a format empty if you don't offer it or would rather not say.
  4. Under Extras, add a price for Usage rights, Exclusivity or Rush delivery if you charge for them.
  5. To show your rates on your profile as well, switch on Show my rates on my profile.
  6. Click Save rate card.

Prices are whole numbers, with no pence or cents.

In the form, a brand sees the rates for the platform they chose, shown as From your price, along with your extras.

FAQ

Where do I set sponsored slot prices?

In Sponsored slots → Slot settings, not here. The Rates tab links to it with Open Slot settings. See selling sponsored slots.

Are these fixed prices?

No. They're starting prices. The final deal is agreed between you and the brand, and it isn't paid through Setup101.

Why don't brands see my rates?

Your Collab button needs to be on. See turning on collab requests. Rates also stop showing if your plan moves to Free, and come back when you're on Pro or Pro Plus again.

Can I use more than one currency?

No. Each rate card has one currency.
