Resetting your password

If you've forgotten your password, click Forgot Password on the log-in screen and follow the email. If you're signed in and want a new one, use Settings → Account → Password.

How to reset a forgotten password

  1. Click Log in, then Forgot Password.
  2. Enter the email you signed up with.
  3. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for the email from Setup101.
  4. Follow it to set a new password, then log in.

How to change your password when signed in

  1. Open Settings → Account → Password.
  2. Enter your current password, then your new password twice.
  3. Save.

FAQ

The reset email didn't arrive

Check spam and promotions, and make sure you typed the email you signed up with. If you signed up with Google, Apple, Facebook or X, sign in with that button instead. Still nothing? Email support@setup101.co.

Do I have to log in again on my other devices?

You may need to log in again with the new password.
