How do I track my sponsorship requests and campaigns?

Open Sponsor a creator and click My campaigns. It lists every sponsorship you've sent under Requested, Live, Completed and Closed, with totals for Spent, Live now and Waiting for a reply. Open any campaign to see its details, withdraw a request or raise a dispute.

What do the tabs mean?

  • Requested

    What it means
    Waiting for the creator to answer (up to 72 hours).
    Your card
    Held, not charged

  • Live

    What it means
    The creator accepted and your product is on their setup.
    Your card
    Charged

  • Completed

    What it means
    The campaign has ended.
    Your card
    Charged

  • Closed

    What it means
    The request didn't go ahead, or the brand was refunded. The reason is shown.

Why did my request close?

  • The creator declined

    What happened
    The creator said no. Their reason is shown if they gave one.
    Charged?
    No

  • No answer in time

    What happened
    The creator didn't answer within 72 hours.
    Charged?
    No

  • You withdrew it

    What happened
    You withdrew before the creator answered.
    Charged?
    No

  • The slot was taken

    What happened
    Another brand took the slot before your checkout finished.
    Charged?
    No

  • The card couldn't be charged

    What happened
    Your card failed when the creator accepted, so nothing went live.
    Charged?
    No

  • Checkout wasn't finished

    What happened
    You left checkout before paying.
    Charged?
    No

  • The creator removed the product

    What happened
    The creator took your product down while it was live.
    Charged?
    Refunded in full

  • Refunded after a dispute

    What happened
    Setup101 decided a dispute in your favour.

How to withdraw a request

  1. Open My campaigns and go to Requested.
  2. Click Withdraw on the request (or open it and click Withdraw request).
  3. Confirm with Withdraw. Your card hold is released and nothing is charged.

You can only withdraw before the creator accepts. Live campaigns can't be cancelled.

FAQ

Do I get an email when the creator answers?

Yes. You're emailed when a request is accepted, declined or expires.

Can I see clicks or views for my product?

Not yet. Per-campaign stats are planned.

Something's wrong with a live campaign. What do I do?

Open the campaign and click Raise a dispute. See cancellations and disputes.
