How are sponsored products labelled on Setup101?

Every sponsored product on Setup101 shows a Sponsored tag and "Paid placement by" the brand's name. The setup it's on also says it includes sponsored products, paid for by that brand. The label is added automatically and can't be turned off, so viewers always know which products are paid placements.

Where the label appears

• On the product: a Sponsored tag, and "Paid placement by" the brand's name.
• On the setup: a line under the title, "Includes a sponsored product, paid for by" the brand (or "sponsored products" if there's more than one).
• In the setup's product list: sponsored products are grouped as Paid placements.
• For search engines: links to sponsored products are marked `rel="sponsored"`.

Why can't I turn the label off?

Paid placements have to be clearly disclosed, both to keep your audience's trust and because advertising rules in many countries require it. Setup101 adds the label to every sponsored product so you don't have to remember.

Do I still need to disclose anything myself?
