Rate cards
Your rates, one link away.
Setup101 gives creators one permanent link for all the gear they recommend — and more ways to earn from it.
A Setup101 rate card is a creator's price list for brand deals: one card for each platform, with sections you name yourself and a starting price for each. You get a rate page to share at setup101.io/rates/your-name, and a Setup101 card to sell a push or a newsletter to your own followers, with your reach shown next to the price.

How it works
From price list to pitch
- 01
Add a rate card
In Collabs › Rates, choose a title, from Setup101 and YouTube to Podcast and Newsletter, and click Add rate card. One card for each platform.
- 02
Name your sections
Click a suggestion like Dedicated video or Reel, or type your own, such as "Pinned comment for 30 days". Up to 20 sections a card.
- 03
Set starting prices
A price for each section, in USD, GBP or EUR. Brands see "From" your price, so the final deal is still yours to agree.
- 04
Choose who sees them
Switch on Show my rates on my profile to get your rate page, and choose whether prices are for Setup101 members or anyone.
- 05
Share your link
Copy Your collab link and paste it into your video descriptions. Brands land on your rates with a Request a collab button.

The Setup101 card
Sell the audience you already have here
Your followers on Setup101 get your push notifications, and your subscribers get your newsletter. The Setup101 rate card lets a brand pay for that reach: a push to your followers, a feature in your newsletter or a whole newsletter about their product.
It comes first on your rate page and in your request form, with your reach next to the price: how many followers get your pushes and how many subscribers get your emails. Brands see the numbers only, never who your followers are. You send the push or the newsletter from Marketing.
Your sections
Name it how you sell it
Every card starts empty. Click a suggestion, like Dedicated video, Reel or Stream mention, or type your own: "Pinned comment for 30 days", "Usage rights for 3 months", "Rush delivery". Names can be up to 60 characters and can't include links.
A live preview under your cards shows exactly what brands see.

One link for every brand
Switch on Show my rates on my profile and you get a page of your own at setup101.io/rates/your-name. It shows your rate cards, your Setup101 followers and newsletter subscribers, your Setups and products, and a Request a collab button. Your profile links to it with See rates.
Your collab link on the Rates tab becomes your rate page, so the link in your video descriptions always takes brands straight to your prices. Brands without an account can still send a request. How brands pitch you.
Who sees your prices
Members first, or everyone
- Setup101 members (the default): signed-in visitors see your prices. Signed-out visitors see your sections with blurred prices and a prompt to sign up free or log in.
- Anyone: everyone sees your prices, signed in or not.
- It applies everywhere your rates show: your rate page, your profile and your request form.
- Brands sign up like anyone else. It's free and takes a minute.

Honest limits
What rate cards don't do (yet)
- Prices are starting points. The deal is agreed between you and the brand, and Setup101 doesn't take payment for social collabs.
- You send a sold push or newsletter yourself, from Marketing. It isn't sent automatically when a brand says yes.
- Say clearly that a sold push or newsletter is sponsored. Setup101 doesn't add the label for you yet.
- Your rate page shows your Setup101 followers and subscribers. YouTube, Instagram and TikTok numbers aren't connected yet.
- Your rate page is kept out of Google search for now. Brands find it through the link you share.
- One currency for all your rate cards.
