How do I sponsor a creator on Setup101?
Open Sponsor a creator, pick a setup with an open slot and click Send a request. Choose how long, describe your product, add a message, then pay with Stripe Checkout. Your card is held, not charged: it's only charged if the creator accepts within 72 hours, and your product then goes live on their setup straight away.
Any Setup101 account can sponsor a creator. You don't need a separate brand account.
How to sponsor a creator
- Open Sponsor a creator in the sidebar. Search or filter by Category to find setups taking sponsorships. Each one shows whether a slot is open or when the next one is free. (You can also click Sponsor this setup on a setup page that has an open slot.)
- Click Send a request on the setup you want.
- Under How long?, choose 1 week, 1 month or 3 months.
- Under Your product, add the Product name, Product link (where people can buy it), a short Description, up to 5 Photos (the first is the main photo) and an optional Video link (YouTube, Vimeo or Twitch).
- Under About you, add your Brand name, Contact name, Email and an optional Message to the creator.
- Check the Summary: the creator's price, the service fee (10%) and the total.
- Click Continue to checkout and pay with a card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. You'll see Request sent when Stripe confirms the hold.
What happens after I send a request?
- The creator has 72 hours to answer. Your card is held for the total, not charged.
- If they accept, your card is charged and your product goes live on their setup straight away, with a Sponsored label and "Paid placement by" your brand name.
- If they decline or don't answer, the hold is released and nothing is charged.
- Until they answer, you can withdraw for free from My campaigns.

A creator sent me a payment link
Open the link, log in or sign up, check the product, length and price, and click Continue to checkout. Everything else works as above: your card is held, and only charged if the creator accepts.
FAQ
Can I choose which slot my product goes in?
No. The next free slot on the setup is used. A setup can show up to 3 sponsored products at once.
Can I book a future start date?
No. Your product goes live as soon as the creator accepts. If a setup's slots are full, it shows when the next one is free.
Can I cancel once it's live?
No. Live campaigns can't be cancelled. If something's wrong, open the campaign and Raise a dispute. See cancellations and disputes.
Does Setup101 see my card details?
No. Payment is handled by Stripe.
Can I see how many clicks my product got?
Not yet. Per-campaign stats are planned. Each setup shows its view count when you're choosing where to sponsor.
