When do I get paid for a sponsorship?

You're paid automatically 48 hours after a sponsorship ends. Setup101 sends your share (your price minus Setup101's fee) to your Stripe payout account, and Stripe then pays it into your bank. There's nothing to withdraw and no minimum.

How payouts work

1. When you accept a request, the brand's card is charged and Setup101 holds the money while the product is live.
2. When the campaign ends, there are 48 hours for either side to raise a dispute.
3. If there's no dispute, your share is sent to your Stripe account.
4. Stripe pays it into your bank on its payout schedule. For new accounts this is usually about a week after Setup101 sends it.

Each campaign shows the exact amount you'll receive ("You're paid … 48 hours after it ends").

Where do I see my earnings?

Open Sponsored slots in the sidebar:

• Paid out: what's already been sent to you.
• Upcoming: live and finished campaigns that haven't been paid yet.
• Waiting for you: requests you haven't answered.

For the bank side, use Change bank or view payouts in Settings → Payouts.

FAQ

Why hasn't my payout arrived?

Check these in order:

1. Has it been 48 hours since the campaign ended? Payouts aren't sent before then.
2. Are payouts set up? If they aren't, the money is held and you'll get an email asking you to set up payouts. Go to Settings → Payouts.
3. Is a dispute open? A dispute holds the payout until Setup101 decides.
4. Has Stripe sent it to your bank yet? Check Change bank or view payouts.

Is there a minimum before I'm paid?

No. Every finished campaign is paid on its own.

What if the brand raises a dispute?

The payout is held while Setup101 looks into it. Setup101 then either releases the money to you or refunds the brand. See cancellations and disputes.

Can I be paid by PayPal?

Not yet. PayPal is planned for countries Stripe can't pay out to.
