How do I turn on collab requests?
Open Link-in Bio, find Collab requests and switch the button on. It's off for every creator until they turn it on. Then choose who can pitch you and what you're open to in Collabs → Settings.
How to turn on the Collab button
- Switch to Creator mode and click Link-in Bio.
- Find Collab requests and switch on Show the collab button on my page. This saves straight away.
- Choose the Button text: Request a collab, Work with me or Business enquiries.
- Leave the "Open to collabs" badge on to show it by your name, or switch it off.
- Click More settings to open Collabs → Settings.
The button then shows on your profile, which is also your link-in-bio. There's no separate collab link.
Who can send me requests?
In Collabs → Settings, under Who can send you requests, choose one:
| Choice | Who can send |
|---|---|
| Pro and Pro Plus members (default) | Members on a paid plan, and brands without an account |
| Pro Plus members only | Pro Plus members |
| Only people I follow | People you follow, if they're on Pro or Pro Plus |
| Nobody | No one. This hides the button on your page. |
Free members can't start requests, but anyone with a Setup101 account can still book a sponsored slot on your setups.
What types can I accept?
Under What you're open to, tick the types you want: Sponsored slot, Brand deal, Creator collab, Affiliate code and Other. All five are on until you change them, and only the ones you tick appear in the form. Click Save changes.
FAQ
Can I turn it off again?
Yes. Switch it off in Link-in Bio or Collabs → Settings and the button and badge disappear from your page. Requests you already have stay in your Inbox.
Do I need Pro to turn it on?
No. Every plan can switch on the button, accept requests and reply.
Does it work on the mobile app?
Set it up on the web. Collabs is on the web for now, and an app update is still to come.
