How do I see my newsletter stats? (Pro)
Open Marketing → Broadcasts and click a sent newsletter to see how it did: how many people it was sent to, how many opened it, how many clicked and how many clicked a product. Opens are approximate; clicks and product clicks are counted by Setup101.

What do the numbers mean?

| Delivered | Emails accepted by the reader's inbox |
| Opened | Readers who opened it (approximate, see below) |
| Clicked | Readers who clicked any link |
| Product clicks | Clicks on your products in the email |
| Unsubscribed | Readers who unsubscribed from you through this email |
| Web views | Views of the issue's page on setup101.io |
| Bounced or spam | Addresses that bounced or marked it as spam. They won't get creator emails again. |
The Broadcasts list shows the short version for every newsletter: sent to, opened and product clicks.
Why are opens approximate?
Opens are counted when an email's images load. Some inboxes, like Apple Mail, load every email automatically, so they count as opened even if nobody read them. Others block images, so a real open isn't counted. Use opens to compare your own newsletters with each other, and clicks and product clicks for what people actually did.
Where else can I see stats?
- Sequences: open a sequence in Automations to see how many people are enrolled, in progress, finished or left, plus sent, opened, clicked and product clicks for each email.
- Product drops: Automations shows how many email subscribers get the weekly email, and its sends, opens and product clicks over the last 30 days.
- Audience: subscriber numbers and 30-day growth.
- Signup forms: views, confirmed signups and the conversion rate for each form.
FAQ
Why is "Sent" lower than my subscriber count?
People who haven't opened an email in 6 months are left out unless you include them, and so are addresses that bounced, people who turned off creator emails and anyone who unsubscribed.
Can I see who opened or clicked?
No. Stats are totals. You can send a newsletter to people who opened or clicked in the last 90 days with the Send to option.
