How do I publish my newsletter on the web?
Every newsletter can also be a page on setup101.io. In the editor, under Also publish on setup101.io, choose Public page, Teaser + subscribe or Don't publish. Published issues are listed on your newsletter page at setup101.io/profile/your-username/newsletter.
On Free, publishing on the web is how you share your newsletter until you upgrade to email it. See features by plan.
Which option should I pick?
| Option | What readers see |

| Public page (recommended) | Anyone can read it. It can be found by search, and has your signup form at the end. |
| Teaser + subscribe | The start of the issue, then a prompt to subscribe. Your email subscribers who are signed in read all of it. |
| Don't publish | Nothing. Email only, which suits discount codes or personal notes. |
How to publish an issue on the web
- Open the newsletter in Marketing → Broadcasts.
- Under Also publish on setup101.io, choose Public page or Teaser + subscribe.
- (Optional) Change the Web address. Use lower-case letters, numbers and dashes; left empty, it comes from the title.
- Click Publish and send to publish and email it (Pro), or switch off Send by email and click Publish on the web to publish only. On Free, click Publish to web.
The page goes live when the newsletter is sent or published.
What's on a newsletter page?
- The title, subtitle, date and issue number.
- Your products, setups and courses as cards. When there are products, a note says product links may earn you a commission.
- A signup box, so readers can get the next issue by email.
- More from you: your other issues.
Your newsletter page lists every published issue, newest first, with a signup box at the top. A Newsletter link appears on your profile once you've published an issue.
How do I share an issue?
After publishing, use Copy link in the editor, on the issue's stats or in the Broadcasts list. You can also copy the link to your newsletter page. Shared links show the issue's title, a short description and an image.
FAQ
Can I change an issue after it's published?
You can edit drafts and scheduled newsletters. Once a newsletter has been sent, the email can't be changed.
Do web views count toward my sends?
No. Only emails count toward your monthly sends. Web views show in the issue's stats.
Will my newsletter pages show up in Google?
Issues set to Public page can be indexed by search engines. Teaser + subscribe pages show only the start of the issue.
