Can I see my subscribers' email addresses?
No. You see the names and usernames of subscribers who have a Setup101 account, never their email addresses, and the list can't be exported. People who signed up with just an email show as "Email-only subscriber". Setup101 sends your emails for you, so your list stays safe and your subscribers' details stay private.
What can I see about my subscribers?
In Marketing → Audience:
- Subscribers, Email subscribers, people Reachable by push and people Waiting to confirm.
- Your growth over the last 30 days.
- A list of subscribers: their name and photo, whether they get push notifications, email or both, where they joined from (for example Signup form or Followed you) and when.
Why can't I export my list?
Subscribers agree to hear from you through Setup101, and we promise them you'll never see their email address. That promise is shown on every signup form and in the prompt after someone follows you. It keeps the list free of copied or bought addresses, which protects delivery for every creator on Setup101.
How do people unsubscribe?
- Every email has an unsubscribe link, and most inboxes show a one-click Unsubscribe button too.
- Readers can unsubscribe from just you, or from every creator's emails.
- Signed-in members can manage each creator in Settings → Notification → Creator updates. See managing emails from creators.
Can people reply to my emails?
No. Emails come from "Your name via Setup101" at noreply@updates.setup101.io, and that address doesn't take replies. Every email tells readers they can message you on Setup101 and links to your profile. Replying by email would show you their address.

Who sends the emails?
Setup101 does, on your behalf. Your name is in the From line, and on Pro you can add your logo, colour and From name.
Can I bring my existing email list?
Not as an import, but you can invite them. In Marketing → Audience, upload a CSV of people who agreed to hear from you (1,000 a month on Pro, 10,000 on Pro Plus). Each person gets one invite from you, and only people who click to subscribe join your list. Everyone else is deleted after 30 days.
What happens to addresses that bounce or report spam?
They stop getting creator emails on Setup101. This keeps delivery good for everyone.
